1. Shipping Coverage

Currently, Tregoraa ships only within India. We aim to reach customers across major cities as well as most serviceable regions through our trusted logistics partners.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details via email or SMS.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time for all orders is 7–8 business days depending on your location and courier service availability.

Delivery times may vary slightly due to factors such as:

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Weather conditions

  • Logistics delays or high order volumes

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹750.

  • Orders below ₹750: Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Payment Options

We offer flexible payment options for your convenience:

  • Prepaid Orders (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Additional COD charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout if applicable.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment status in real time.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Tregoraa is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with relevant photos of the product and packaging.

Our team will review the issue and arrange for a replacement or appropriate resolution.
